In New York State, a criminal conviction lasts for your entire life, so avoiding a criminal conviction is extremely important. There a lot of ways you can protect someone from having a devastating result forever. It is always a great relief when you are able to return a person to freedom.” Gianni is a member of the (NYSACDL) New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the (CCBANC) Criminal Courts Bar Association of Nassau County.
